Today we looked at the metaphor of the drop in the ocean and the ocean in a drop. Today we explored what it means to ride with and be the wave instead of being overwhelmed by it.
The video of today's Enrichment has been stripped of the music, the meditation and the items shared by members of community to ensure the protection of copyright and of privacy.
