Join us for Sunday Enrichment (Sunday, July 19)—a welcoming hour of healing that honors spirit, mindful awareness, nervous-system safety, and the connection between mind, body, and emotion. Expect a blend of inspiring teaching, gentle practices (including Qigong), and a group Dynamic Flux Reiki healing experience.
🎶 Then stay for our Community Drum Circle (suggested contribution $20)
Everyone is welcome—bring a drum if you have one, or borrow one of ours.
