Join Stephanie Terry/Masone who received her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Certification in 2012 and is currently working on her 500 HR certification. Stephanie is also a certified Meditation Teacher, Children’s Yoga Teacher, and is trained in Ayurvedic Healing and Reiki/ Energy Healing.
Traditional Hatha Yoga for practitioners of all levels. During each class you will be guided through meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (yoga poses) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Thursday nights from 6-7ish. 10$ per class July 6th through August 17th.
There are some Yoga Mats available if you do not have one of your own.
