Grief Education

Grief Education is a way to move through your grief in your own way. We will learn meditation techniques, grief movement, recognizing a personal response to loss, understanding grief and healing with grief. There will be time to share, to sit, receive support and honor your own personal grief journey. Pain is in direct proportion to love. We grieve because we have loved. In our hardest moments we focus on the love, we let go of judging ourselves and know that in healing grief we do not forget, we remember love is forever. 

Suggested contribution is $10 per session. No one is turned away. RSVP will help us prepare for you.
